Below is a general wellness children's dosing protocol for our Pediabiotic formulation, which does include a newborn baby dose. However we always recommend you check with your child's healthcare provider before using any of our supplements.

12-18 mo. 1/2 scoop/day

15-60 lbs 1 scoop/day

60-100 lbs 1-2 scoops/day
