Why is there no Iron in Daily Balance or Pedia Balance?

We purposely don't add iron or copper (which are oxidants) into a formulation with antioxidants. Secondly, men and post-menopausal woman should not take iron unless anemia is confirmed on blood work. The third important point is since Daily Balance does not have copper and iron it can be dosed higher for someone that is sick or stressed and needs higher B-vitamins without the need to take an additional B-Complex. Keep in mind excess iron is the number one genetic defect among Americans (hemochromatosis). If the patient is chronically losing blood I would recommend taking Anem-X which is our full spectrum anemia formulation.
